Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the http://addons-dev.allizom.org
2. Scale up to 140-150% using Ctrl+ (for example)
3. Look at the right part of the screen
Actual results:
The background is cut after scaling up to 140%-150%
Expected results:
Using the scale 140-150% of the screen background is not cut.
