[RTL][v2.2&v3.0][Settings]The "USB Storage" section in settings will be enlarged when language is set as Arabic.

[2.Testing Steps]: 
1. Set system language as Arabic.
2. Launch Settings.
3. Slide down and observe the "USB Storage" item.

[3.Expected Result]: 
3. The item height of "USB Storage" in  settings should be the same as that of other items.

[4.Actual Result]: 
3. The item height of "USB Storage"  in settings will be enlarged.
