Steps to reproduce: 1. Load MP-stage Curation Tools login page https://marketplace.allizom.org/curate/login 2. Sign in with a non-admin account Expected results: There are no display or layout issues. The message "Sorry! This user account is not authorized for the Curation Tools." is displayed. Actual result: The page has loading problems and returns the HTTP 403 error code. An “Unresponsive script” warning window appears blocking the activity of the user. Notes/Issues: Verified on FF39(Win 7). Issue is reproducing in MP-stage and MP-dev. Screencast for this issue http://screencast.com/t/F7YvBhqSt
