User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:36.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/36.0 Build ID: 20150320202338 Steps to reproduce: Added a theme from https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/themes/ closed firefox then opened firefox. Actual results: Bookmarks toolbar is above the web address toolbar. Removing the theme puts the bookmarks toolbar back below the web address toolbar. Expected results: Adding a theme should not move the bookmarks toolbar. Also, if I have a theme installed and the bookmark toolbar is above the web address toolbar, I can right-click and customize to move the bookmarks toolbar back below the web address toolbar.
