To help address issues of scrolling, and device/ screen size cut-off for vertically orientated devices, we should implement the "framed layout" that we talked about.

Attaching quick sketch - basically, the blue area would be gradually covered by a fixed white area depending on the device type (MDPI, HDPI, XHDPI, etc)
