Steps to reproduce:

1- Brand New Profile of Firefox-39.0a1

2- Open a windows with more than 2 tabs.

3- Try To move/swap the tabs.

Actual results:

Nothing


Expected results:

Tabs move/swap
Severity: normal → major
Hardware: x86_64 → x86
Tested also with 64/bit version and same result. :(
