We need to make sure no issue dots appear underneath navigation tabs, and ideally nowhere under or next to the tabs.

- red circle shows an issue hidden under the tab
- the light red area should be a no-go zone for active dots (grey passive dots are fine there)

Greg - I thought the requirement was that no dots are hidden behind the navigation. Dots under the navigation (but visible) are still okay.

Is this not the case?

Marking this as a P3 (not required for April launch) as we are matching the existing spec from W&C in this regard.

Apologies for the bugmail noise. Assigning these back to default until we know how we are moving forward with the project. A lot of these can probably even be closed as they me no longer be relevant.
