Details
When JS parsing doesn't happen off main thread, we should add profiler timeline start/end markers so it can show up in the devtools performance tools and developers can see how much blocking they're causing.

This report is related to the old DevTools Profiler.
The Performance panel now points to the new Firefox profiler available at profiler.firefox.com
