For a better feature parity with the Datazilla UI, we need to display the Gaia and Gecko revision for each point on the Raptor visualization UI. Most likely the solution to this is Grafana annotations.
This patch changes where Gecko and Gaia report their values and formatting needed for the visualization UI. Using the updated docker-raptor container is necessary for this patch.

Ran the launch test on flame-kk and verified the gecko and gaia revs now appear in the visualization; and match what is in the raptor.log. Awesome.
