Steps to reproduce:

Selecting any text input field does not bring up the on-screen keyboard. This is true for the URL bar, search field, and all text input fields within websites that I've tried.  This is an issue on my Windows 8.1 Atom tablet in desktop mode.


Actual results:

Selecting the text input field displays the cursor there,but the OSK does not appear to input text and I have to manually open it.


Expected results:

When the text input cursor appears, the soft keyboard should automatically open to allow text input.
This should have been fixed by Bug 1213845. Setting status of this issue to Resolved Worksforme. 

Reporter, please re-open if you are still encountering this issue on the latest Firefox 43 version.
