Prerequisites: Build identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:39.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/39.0 Steps to reproduce: 1.Submit a paid app and select any price from Prices and Countries section, then click Save Expected results: A list of countries is displayed under Available Regions Actual results: No countries listed under Available Regions, for any prices Please see screencast for this bug: http://screencast.com/t/eYWeObjfxjP NOTES: Because of this issue, we are not able to have approved paid apps on -dev , because they will be displayed as unavailable for any selected region.
