For example, tab-sharing requires a browser window to be open with at least one visible tab.
Currently, if this is not the case, any attempt to share a tab will fail. As this is a very unlikely thing for users to do, it is low priority but still technically a defect.

We'll need to ensure that a new browser window will be opened when none is. In that case an attempt to share a tab will succeed under any circumstance.
