114745 - Changes to copy + folder settings aren't saved

Everytime I make changes to the settings "copies & folders" these changes are
not saved.
Furthermore there is a checkbox in the same menu which has no description.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.open the mozilla mailclient
2.edit --> mail & newsgroup account settings
3.choose copies & folders
4.change "place a copy in: --> other" to someting else
5.press ok
6.by repeating step 1-3 you can see that your changes disappeared

below the settings "place a copy in" there is a checkbox of whose function is
not clear because there is no text beneath it.

Actual Results:  Settings are not saved. 
By repeating the steps above you will see that the settings you just changed are
still on the defaultvalue. Everytime sending a message an errordialogue occurrs
telling you that an action couldn't be performed.

Expected Results:  Simply make the changes be saved.
Put a description beneath this "untitled" checkbox.
