We need it for Fennec, but not for Desktop, so the logic in http://hg.mozilla.org/build/braindump/file/default/releases-related/beta2release_l10n.sh doesn't work.

Possibly just combine mobile/android/locales/all-locales with browser/config/locales/shipped-locales, and remove the duplicates.

Something like this, but using the right source file. android/locales/all-locales on release includes ak, lg, nso, sw, wo, and zu, which aren't shipped

I personally resorted to just merge all repos I have for the aurora-beta merge. The ones that are inactive hardly take any wallclock time, as they don't have activity, and I'm keeping my local clones around from merge day to merge day.
