SSLLabs test shows that only two cipher suites are offered:

  TLS_RSA_WITH_RC4_128_MD5 (0x4)
  TLS_RSA_WITH_RC4_128_SHA (0x5)

with only TLS 1.0 supported.

www.bankdirect.co.nz was fixed, but bankdirect.co.nz (without www) is still RC4-only.
