  DEFECT DESCRIPTION:
     when locating through MLS,wifi ap scan failed
     wifi error: 2147549183  == 0x8000FFFF, it may relate to NS_ERROR_UNEXPECTED
     after wifi scan failed，WiFi scan will no more return data，and will send MLS request which only with cell info every 5s.
     
 1.please help to find the cause of this error.	
 
 2.we hope that we can have a protection mechanism after this error occured,
   that means even if this scan error occured,we still can restart wifi scan and work well.

Per our reply in the e-mail, we can try to increase the timer or scan retry times. Or we can check the status of wpa_supplicant when error is happened.
