This test overlaps with the existing https://github.com/mozilla-b2g/gaia/blob/master/apps/ftu/test/marionette/ftu_test.js#L17 . It's safe enough to disable it.
Oh, I just had it enabled :/
I'm fixing the intermittent failures in bug 1146877 (and getting it fixed, apparently not landed: bug 1145665, sigh), battling with problems in task cluster issues, currently.
Does ftu_test.js test the issue that is bug 976570?

Not sure if the changes are correct. If I understood correctly, test will be run on device after these changes.
