Currently alumni aren't included in search results, however people may be trying to find someone they knew as a Rep who is now an alumnus.

Let's add something like "Can't find who you're looking for? Maybe they're no longer an active Rep." with a link to the alumni list at the bottom of people search results.

The point of being an Alumni is not to appear on main search results. Indeed though the prompt to alumni list would be nice if no results are found in the main people page. r+ for me on a text with a link.
