Until we make Bug 1142600 happen, we need to disable Reading List sync when using *any* custom endpoints.  The RL sync server won't accept anything but prod OAuth tokens (which requires prod FxA).  If the user has set a custom Sync endpoint, they're signaling they don't want Mozilla to have their data.
