Update the search bar according to the new design for nav (on mobile and desktop).

https://github.com/mozilla/fireplace/pull/1110 has been merged. I noticed a couple of things so I won't submit to QA yet and some things need to be tweaked, but it's mostly there.

Going to unleash QA, although there are known bugs.
