Hi Team:

It seems a little choppy, is there anyway to smooth out the transitions b/w potch and lizz? I think maybe slowing down the transitions just a tad. 

Also, at :29 can we show something different for "getting rewarded/recognized" instead of showing in the platform, can we show someone getting swag or showing off their swag or something along those lines?

Also at :35, when Potch says "sur-prises" it doesn't sound like SURPRISES! Is there another recording of this... that doesn't sound like "Suuuur... prizes" ?

1. the privacy url is long. can we do a bitly? 
2. the surprises cupcake box is smudgy and dirty. can we replace it with another image?
