Description:
In Arabic, brackets appear in the header in Settings > Firefox Accounts.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20150326010205.
2) Set the device language in Arabic under Settings > Language.
3) Go to Settings > Firefox Account, and observe the header.

Actual:
Brackets appear {{"Firefox Accounts"}} in the header.

Expected:
The "Firefox Accounts" string appears without the brackets.
