### Steps to reproduce
1. Add an item to your reading list.
2. Open up the Reading List sidebar (View > Sidebar > Reading list).
3. Scroll the sidebar so that the scrollbars are visible. (I'm on OS X, it may be different/easier on a Windows machine)
4. Try and delete the reading list item by clicking the little X under the scrollbar.

It's difficult.

I can confirm that this is an issue affecting Mac OS X *only* and it definitely has to do with the fact that the vertical scrollbar is displayed in the Reading List sidebar even if there are not enough items or no items at all to fill the view.

Happens on both 39.0a1 (2015-03-29) and 38.0a2 (2015-03-29). CC'ing Blake and Blair here as well.
