Details

Rather than logging into Review Board and authenticating against BMO, we should be asking for authorization from BMO via the new API-key-based interface, when that is ready. This should fix our intermittent session-desynchronization problems as well, since API keys are long-lived.
Guess I didn't see bug 993233 when I filed this...
