Changing the current tab normaly update the window browers window title.
This is fine for second to third tab etc but changing to the first tab dosent
update the window title.

The first tab is the one nearest the left side of the window :)

Steps to Reproduce:
Prep..
1.Open New Browser Window
2.Load a page in browser (I use http://slashdot.org/)
3.Open new tab (Ctrl-T)
4.Load page in second tab (I used http://news.bbc.co.uk/)
5.Open new tab (ctrl-T)
6.Load page in third tab (I used http://www.mozilla.org/)

Test (You should have tab three showing)
7. Note browser window title (mozilla.org - Mozilla $build )
8. Change to tab two by clicking to 2nd tab (bbc)
9. Notice window title changes to ( BBC News | Front Page - Mozilla $build )
10.Change to first tab (/.)
11.Notice no change to window title :(

Actual Results:  The brower window title remains that of the last tab displayed.

Expected Results:  The window title should have change to Slashdot: news for
nerds.. etc

Additional Information:
I'm using debian's mozilla-cvs_0.0.20011130.12.trunk-1

mass verification of WorksForMe bugs: to find all bugspam pertaining to this,
set your search string to "IfItWorksForSlappyTheSquirrelThenItWFM".

if you think this particular bug is *still* an open issue, please make sure of
the following before reopening:

a. that it's still a problem with ***recent trunk builds*** on the all
appropriate platform[s]

b. provide clear steps to reproduce (unless a good test case is already in the
bug report), making sure it pertains to the original problem (avoid morphing as
much as possible :)

I have also re-tried this as suggested on a latter build, 2002010715 again a
debian vesion 'mozilla-cvs-0.0.20011226.11.trunk' and like may others have found
it WFM.
