I need to manually `appcache clear` to ever see any changes to the website in Firefox (Chrome is working fine). The manifest.appcache file is being regenerated but I suspect Firefox is for some reason caching the manifest.

When the manifest is served its with

I switched to 'no-cache' and fixed this a while ago
