Steps to reproduce:
Load firefox developer edition on Windows 8.1 and connect a secondary monitor. Snap firefox to the right side of the secondary monitor and click the menu icon or the bookmarks context menu (if there are enough bookmarks).
Laptop also has a touchscreen.
Actual results:
The context menus will open on the right side of the primary monitor instead of the secondary.
Expected results:
The context menus should be opening on the secondary monitor where Firefox is snapped to.
