Steps to reproduce:
I tried to Add a new event in webmaker web site,First field is marked as mandatory and the 2nd and 3 rd are not marked as mandatory , but i am unable to add the event by skiping the 2nd and 3 rd steps ( details in the screen shot which is attached)
Actual results:
It returns error when 2nd and 3rd steps are skipped
Expected results:
Event should be added without the 2nd and 3rd step (skipping 2nd and 3rd)
