[2.Testing Steps]: 
Prerequisite:An Email Account is set before.
1.Open Email.
2.Tap compose icon.
3.Tap "+" icon and add a recipient from contact.
4.Tap recipient and edit it.
5.Add a ";" to end.
6.Tap recipent and try to edit it.

[3.Expected Result]: 
7.User can edit it again.

[4.Actual Result]: 
7.User can't edit it again.

This is fixed on v3.0 by bug 1116728 which can be uplifted.  Please request uplift there if desired.
