Let's make a first pass at some visual customizations for Lightsaber. We should ideally be doing this using the ./gaia/customizations/ folder and mechanism, but we just want to get something landed for now and iterate on it.

Looks fine, but I agree that it would be better to use the customization folder.

Does it work if we copy the default-homescreens.json directly into the customization/ folder?

My next order of business here is going to be switching to using the customization folder as we're going to have more changes incoming. So I'm going to land this as-is and follow up on that.

Dale, FYI, this commit pulls Bugzilla Lite v1 into the Lightsaber build system. This is just for the sake of demoing, for now. We can easily back it out once it lands on master.
