Until bug 1146657 lands, we can't save add-ons for apps that don't already have the "devicestorage-sdcard" readwrite permission. Let's make every Gaia app on the lightsaber branch request this permission temporarily. We'll back this out once bug 1146657 lands.

This is no longer in use, since we've abandoned the lightsaber Gaia branch. Thus, I'm changing the status to more accurately reflect what it is now.
