1149301 - Need two accounts merged - [e-mail] and [e-mail]

Hello folks,

I would like to merge the bugzilla account [e-mail] to the [e-mail] account. After the merge is complete, I would like:
* every setting from [e-mail]'s account would be mirrored onto [e-mail]
* but the email account of the account going forward would be [e-mail]

There is an exception to this. The [e-mail] account has secure bug and secure comment access. I will no longer need that level of access, so please remove that as part of this move and let dveditz know that you've done so.

Ok. I am going to run the following script from the admin node:

1. # cd /path/to/bugzilla/root
2. # perl ./contrib/merge-users.pl [e-mail] [e-mail]

Most of your permissions are inherited based on mozilla.com address so those will drop off.
