Platform: Firefox for Android

Steps:
1. GO to an app that had the Free/ Install Button 
2. Tap quickly ok it several times and choose from all pop-ups either install or done 

Expected result:
- I should be able to install only once the app

Actual result:
- the app is installed twice

Notes:
- the app appears twice only in about:apps
- going to android apps or android-> settings apps the app is only once present.

Per bug 1235869, we're going to disable the Android web runtime, so we won't fix this bug in it.

(This is part of a bulk resolution of bugs in the Firefox for Android::Web Apps component, from which I attempted to exclude bugs that are not specific to the runtime, but it's possible that I included one accidentally.  If so, I'm sorry, and please reopen the bug!)
