Delete the non-uniform vsync interval warning. I thought it would be helpful to quickly detect if vsync intervals were bad from hardware. Instead we get lots of spew in debug logs that aren't very helpful and lead lots of people to think vsync is bad and haven't hit a case where hardware vsync was actually bad. Delete the warning.
