1149758 - Remove TBPL flows now that it has been EOLed

tbpl.mozilla.org and tbpl-dev.mozilla.org are being turned into Zeus redirects in bug 1149753, since TBPL is being end of lifed.

As such, we no longer need any of the TBPL-specific flows.

The current flows presumably include:
* generic to elasticsearch
* generic to bugzilla
* generic to ftp.m.o
* generic to *.build.mozilla.org
* generic to the TBPL DB nodes (for the list of hostnames see bug 1149564)
(I don't know how the flows are set up - ie: I'm presuming they are based on the generic cluster node names, rather than something specific to TBPL, and as such we'd need to be sure other sites on generic don't also need these flows?)

nothing in fw for tbpl[12]. looks like tbpl2-new used to be named bedrock1. removed config cruft from fw.
