FYI, this value is propagated through nsFrameLoader::Show then nsDocShell::SetMarginHeight and then used here as a CSS pixel value: http://mxr.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/source/dom/html/HTMLBodyElement.cpp?mark=152#127
