:marcia please refer any ssh key update requests to https://login.mozilla.com/ since these are now self-serve requests as long as the user has a valid password.

:gl please reopen this bug if you cannot manage your ssh keys via https://login.mozilla.com/ or reset your password (if required) via https://passwordreset.mozilla.org/

I didn't have any luck with https://login.mozilla.com/ and it seems to require LDAP to password reset.

I've reset your password and it has been emailed to you at your gmail address. Please change it at the passwordreset link.

With that password you should be able to manage your ssh keys via https://login.mozilla.com/
