Wayne we found that once we moved from Postini to Google and turned on Single Sign on - we can no longer get to the quarantine to release messages. I'm working with support to try and find a workaround.
Until we figure this out - do you want me to remove the junk mail filters for thunderbird-drivers?

nej, that would be fantastic. Thanks for the suggestion. (We can easily tolerate it because the list is non-public and set to discard non-subscribers anyway).

We may have a second message affected. 20 minutes ago I sent an email to thunderbird-drivers with subject "Thunderbird 38.0b1 ship, and team" and it hasn't come thorugh the mailing list.

19:51:47 <wsmwk> i'm concerned because a second message hasn't gone through

ok thunderbird-testers@mozilla.org is different from the one we were working on earlier. It still has a junk mail account filtering set up for it. We made some changes yesterday - let me see if I can find and release the message.

I don't see any incoming emails to thunderbird-testers@mozilla.org yesterday. I only see a message on the 30th and 31st about thunderbird 38 testing:
thunderbird-testers] Thunderbird 38 testing
Mar 30, 2015, 14:03
thunderbird-testers-bounces@mozilla.org

Jen, if you could check whether anything is being held to OR from thunderbird-drivers@mozilla.org that would great. And also removed the filter. We are in the final steps of release and I want to be sure everyone is getting messages. Thanks

ok - wait I'm confused. thunderbird-drivers@mozilla.org was already deleted on 4/1.
In comment #9 - the problem is with thunderbird-testers@mozilla.org. But in comment 14 - it sounds like you are still getting mail blocked for thunderbird-driver@mozilla.org and to delete the junk mail filter for that account. But the account is already deleted and should not be tagging any mail as spam.
Do you mean you want to delete thunderbird-testers@mozilla.org?

correct. But we know at least one message still got lost after that. Perhaps automatically discarded by the mailing lists spam filter - I have no way to tell, because the list is set to discard what it thinks is spam.
> In comment #9 - the problem is with thunderbird-testers@mozilla.org.
That comment was incorrect - I meant to write thunderbird-drivers@mozilla.org

I was being extra cautious because we believe another message was missing.
We are past that, so no worries no.
> Do you mean you want to delete thunderbird-testers@mozilla.org?
No - I'm the only one who posts there, and I will know if my message doesn't get through :)
Thanks for your help.
