Steps to reproduce:
The URL bar and the remember/change password box shows the incorrect domain on .co.de domains. It thinks co.de is the full domain, when co.de is actually the TLD.
Actual results:
URL bar highlights 'co.de'.
Box shows 'Remember password for "censored" on co.de?'
Expected results:
URL bar should highlight 'pass.co.de'.
Box shoud show 'Remember password for "censored" on pass.co.de?'

While it doesn't do what you want, this is the correct behavior - .de is the TLD for Germany. co.de is the "co" domain name registered in Germany.
