For my use case of Bugzilla, the Tracking section (expanded by default) will almost never be useful. The details section, on the other hand, has the whiteboard field, where SUMO stores interesting data like estimates and scheduling. It would be really useful if the fields simply stayed collapsed/expanded using something like a user preference or localstorage.
this should be controlled by a preference ("remember expanded sections" or similar), using localstorage to remember the view.- add preference to remember collapsed sections (default off) - store section visibility in localstorage - restore from localstorage
