Basic functionality becomes unstable. Suggest to fix on v2.2 branch.

Can you confirm you get this error with different bluetooth devices or is it a one-off case with only a certain device? NI shawn to see if he has other questions ideas here before I block.

When I enable the bluetooth daemon([ro.moz.bluetooth.backend]: [bluetoothd] & [init.svc.bluetoothd]: [running]), this bug also exists. Hope useful for you, thanks.

Hi, Shally, I would like to double check this defect on another branch. Can it be reproduced on the latest v2.1 build? Many thanks.

Hi William, I can't repro this bug on latest Flame v2.0&2.1 build(Rate:0/5). When tapping on a device to pair under "Device in the area", the message "Bluetooth Request From" will pop up as expected. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Device: Flame 2.0 build(Unaffected) Gaia-Rev 84898cadf28b1a1fcd03b726cff658de470282f0 Gecko-Rev https://hg.mozilla.org/releases/mozilla-b2g32_v2_0/rev/e4014ac859af Build-ID 20150406160207 Version 32.0 Device-Name flame FW-Release 4.4.2 FW-Incremental eng.cltbld.20150406.194235 FW-Date Mon Apr 6 19:42:44 EDT 2015 Bootloader L1TC000118D0 Device: Flame 2.1 build(Unaffected) Build ID 20150406001204 Gaia Revision 87e55a7ec688138812181747f690fd188d2a0668 Gaia Date 2015-04-03 21:43:01 Gecko Revision https://hg.mozilla.org/releases/mozilla-b2g34_v2_1/rev/747b6132c44d Gecko Version 34.0 Device Name flame Firmware(Release) 4.4.2 Firmware(Incremental) eng.cltbld.20150406.034925 Firmware Date Mon Apr 6 03:49:36 EDT 2015 Bootloader L1TC000118D0

This probably needs to fix at bluedroid side and it cannot reproduce on v2.2 reference devices. I've tried to contribute back to AOSP, but this bug will be reported several times if the fix won't be merged into bluedroid CAF branch caf/b2g_kk_3.5.
