[1.Description]:
[Nexus 5 v2.2&v3.0][Flame v2.2&v3.0][Homescreen]There is no animation of power off when battery is too low, this is supported on many mobile phones.

[2.Testing Steps]: 
Precondition:The battery is very low, and had power off automatic once.
1.Press power key to power on device.
2.Connect usb with PC.
3.After power on, remove USB.
**Device will keep power on some times.
4.Do something, ex: play music, device will power off automaticly.

[3.Expected Result]: 
4.There should be an animation of power off.

[4.Actual Result]: 
4.There is no animation of power off.

FxOS exists a power-off animation. But, we need to evaluate it to see if it is a system limitation. Perhaps, system is hard to show the power-off animation under low battery status.
