User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:36.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/36.0 Build ID: 20150320202338 Steps to reproduce: Hello, On a Windows 7 workstation, I installed the following : Bugzilla 4.4.8 Strawberry Perl 5.20 IIS 7 MySQL 5.6.23 Bugzilla application works well. When I try to attach a file to a bug I got an error. For help, please send mail to this site's webmaster, giving this error message and the time and date of the error. [Wed Apr 1 17:47:58 2015] attachment.cgi: Insecure dependency in sysopen while running with -T switch at C:/strawberry/perl/lib/File/Temp.pm line 380. Expected results: Attachement should have been added to the bug.

Hello Frederic, Thank you very much for your assistance. This bug was obtained using Strawberry Perl 5.20 The problem is now solved : - installed ActiveState Perl 5.20 - add missing packaged - reconfigured IIS to use ActiveState Perl Problem solved.
