+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1126837 +++

Just like we did for dev edition, we would like to have Windows 64 bit download available.

There is no rush but sorry for the late notice, we (Erin, kairo, Lawrence and I) just decided that.

Just for clarity, note that this means having the full installer available from the /all pages and *not* having any main download button point to 64bit Windows builds right now, same as what we have for Dev Edition atm.
