Details

Filing a tracker on things we know that are old, and that we should update or remove or find a current answer for. Naming test_utils (bug 1149237) and django_arecibo (bug 1149569) to start with, we need to dig through all the things to see what else is lurking. There's also a big bucket around getting rid of python 2.6, but I'll leave that out of this one.
Adding missing test infra, too. Not really code-cruft, but still, bug 1144664.
