Description:
This bug is filed for the issue observed on bug 1107139 comment 107 to address the issue specific to Camera app.

Card view displays a white card for Camera app if user cold launches Camera and enters card view. No matter how long user waits after Camera initializes, the card view always fails to render the card view screenshot on first attempt. The screenshot will be correctly displayed on 2nd attempt of invoking card view.

STR:
1) Cold launch Camera app
2) Enter card view by long pressing Home button

Expected: Screenshot for camera app is displayed

Actual: Screenshot for Camera app is not displayed, instead it displays a white background for the card.

Workaround: Re-invoke card view, then the screenshot will be displayed.

This issue does NOT reproduce on Flame 2.2. After Camera initializes (I wait for 5 seconds on viewfinder), card view correctly displays screenshot for camera app.

Since the user has to launch camera first to encounter thisissue, I am not nominating to block on this even though it is a regression. Also, the card will show correctly the second time around.
