Go to a YouTube video (eg https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6w2UxDdhZPk ), select a high or low resolution from the settings. The video will shrink within the video window if you select a low res setting. Video will expand beyond the video window boundaries (the settings bar also disappears, though is still clickable). See attached screenshots - one at 240 resolution, one at 720 res Setting the about:config setting 'media.fragmented-mp4.enabled' to false seems to be an effective workaround at the moment as videos will display at their correct size after that change.
