Migrate seamonkey-project-org website content from CVS into new hg repository SeaMonkey/seamonkey-project-org (bug 1150329 requests creation)

History is desirable, snapshot of latest (no history) is acceptable.

Repository is accessible (read only) at:
 cvs -d :pserver:[e-mail]/www checkout seamonkeyproject-org

Looks good as far as I can see. Need to check whether scripts like bin/build are executable once checked out, but I can do that later, too.
