It's not blurry on my Win 7 machine with FF37. EVen when the Inspector is open: http://i.imgur.com/lIBwnJ7.png Is it reproducible with a clean profile?
Component: Untriaged → Layout
Product: Firefox → Core
Yes, it works the same even on a new profile. Also after a reinstall. Funny thing is, waterfox on the same machine doesn't have the issue.
Could you test with HWA disabled, please (restart FF to apply). http://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/forum-response-disable-hardware-acceleration
Severity: normal → S3

Looks the same in all browsers.
