[Flame][v2.2&3.0][Music]Connect device to PC by USB when take photo,  "Insert a memory card to take pictures" will show on screen for 2s.

[2.Testing Steps]: 
1.Launch Settings->Enable  USB storage(UMS)
2.Launch camera
3.Plug usb to PC Connect device to PC by USB

[3.Expected Result]: 
3. "Insert a memory card to take pictures" should not show  for 2s. Instead, "Unplug the phone..."  should pop up directly.

[4.Actual Result]: 
3 "Insert a memory card to take pictures" will show on screen  for 2s before  "Unplug the phone..." pops up .
